My 1 yr is coming up .I am 4 lbs till my personal goal met drs in June.I was so worried in the beginning making my goal but I listened to all the Vetrans and they were right. Trust the Process
I am a slow loser 58 yrs old postmenapausal and also completed all my reconstructio after double masectomy. So Im greatful and Happy looking towards the future. Would still like to lose more in the next yr. How much did others lise in your 2nd year. Thanks for all your support!

I was wondering if people could post how much they lost after 1 yr and up to 2 yrs.My Dr says you can continue to lose a little mor up to 2 yrs
Also I am wondering if any one has lost weight as I have. Lost the most first 3 mon 3to 6 prob a little low but 6 to 12 mns 4 5 or 7 per month. I hope to be 155 by 1 yr. Alao I am 58 yrs 5 ft 4 in starting weight 224. Thank you!

I am down 30 lbs at 4months.This worried me because they saw you lose the most in 6months. I am very strict on all my water protein vitamins. My stats are 5 ' 4" Starting weight 224 lbs. Now 194.Lost 12 preoperative. Is there anyone out there with similar stats that lost all their weight.I guess I'm a really slow loser. I guess I just need reassurance that this will work all the way.Thank You all for your continued support it really helps a lot!

Has anyone had other surgeries not bariatric related that made you gain from IV fluids. I've had 2 recently and weight gain is not fun.How long before you urinated all the fluid out

Thank You Thank You you give me so much encouragement.I can't tell you how much I Greatly appreciate this support.I think some times I have that little voice saying maybe this isn't going to work for me like all the previous diets.I have to remember this is a surgical tool that will work because when I look up others final stats they have reached goals and more. I had my surgery at 56 (five years ago) at almost the same weight and height as you. I got down to 140 in about 9 months. Now I hover around 135. I've been at goal weight for over four years, wearing an 8 or 10, depending on the item. Please don't worry about how fast you lose, this is not a race and we are all different. Just keep following the program and you will reach goal. And that, my friend, is priceless! When you are frustrated about your weight the best thing is to have a family member hide your scale. Get it out maybe once a month. Good luck!

Is there any ladies about my age similar stats that are willing to share How mh they lost each month.I need reassurance still losing so slowly.1st Mon down 10 2nd month 7.Pre operation 12 lbs..5'4" 224 Starting weight at surgery. Postmenopausal 57 yrs.I worry because if first 3 Mon highest weight loss where will I end up.I'm doing everything correctly food exercise water vitamins.
