Hi Linda- just discovered your blog. I left the following comment on one of the posts but thought I'd re-post it here in case you don't know who-said-what!

"I LOVE the straight-do, though I'm sure it would be a pain to try to upkeep as an everyday thing. But it does make you look like a different person and soooo much younger!
I've hopped over from GS forum and, though it's succinct, I have enjoyed reading your posts and perusing your wonderful pics. You have a great sense of humour!
Just one thought having just looked at the previous post's pictures, then straight onto these ones... can anyone say 'wonderbra?' lol

Hi Linda, just popped in to your site - you look amazing C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S on reaching your goal! Your photos are inspiring. I'm just 7 weeks post op and have lost 15kgs (34lbs approx). Can you tell me how you stay at goal? A lot of family and friends have asked "how do you stop losing weight once you get to goal?" I hadn't thought that far ahead. Take care, Sharon

May 2010 Sleever

by BabyDoll on 09-05-2011 at 07:05 AM
I started my journey May 31st of last year with a top weight of 266, wearing a tight size 22 pants and 2x tops. I remember anxiously wondering where I would end up after the weight was gone...hoped for but doubted I'd ever see the single digits so when I started wearing size 8's I was elated. My weight has leveled out to where I'm now only losing about a pound a month but apparently things are still rearranging cause I just bought a size 6 jeans. Ok so it's been 1 year and 3 months since my Sleeve surgery. I've lost a total of 124 pounds. The weight has slowed to maybe a pound a month which is hard on my brain BUT the body is still changing which is kinda weird. In the last 2 months, I've gone from a loose size 10 pants to a tight size 6 that my daughter says looks sexy. Yeah I know, that's weird.
