Hi Ronnel---when you answer you have to click on me so I see it. I just found this when I was screwing around. I am glad that you are doing better---so sorry the food is hard for you---with the mac and cheese---lick the spoon---take a little juice or cheese sauce and have a baby spoon full. I have taken frito corn chips- one and chewed and chewed and chewed and spit it out---I just needed the CRUNCH. And today my husband was eating them, I walked by, took one, sucked on it and then chewed and chewed and chewed and swallowed it---. That satisfied me. I am able to do 1/3 cup of jello- soup- and today I had 2 chicken in bisket crackers. Little tiny bits for taste sucked on them, got them all mushy, chewed and swallowed. I may be doing some stuff too early, I don't know, but I feel great and am going to the bathroom ok and so stinkin happy that I did the sleeve. oh, just remembered if you want to send private message that only you and I see click on the private message under my name, otherwise it will post on my like visitor message place.

I am doing very well thanks. Eating is getting easier. Exciting to be down 16 pounds! It is hard to not eat what I want yet. Making Mac and cheese for the kids never looked so good. Lol. How are you? Miss all of you guys. It was like getting a new family on the side.
