This process has already been much harder than I anticipated.. I've found that I really like the Cookies and Cream Premier Protein shakes. 11 g of protein, 1 g sugar. They taste good and go down easy for me (and not many protein shakes do). I've been told that finding the right protein supplement that you can tolerate is one of the most important things to do. I found one that even takes care of my sweet tooth! the Vanilla Premier Protein is a very satisfying replacement for my coffee creamer. Almost like a little late'. So I'm learning!
