    I don't do Instagram. But I just follow "the rule". High protein,liquids and at least 7 hours sleep.No sugar, no white breads, no soda, no gum, no alcohol since it's empty calories.

    Other than walking, Ihave not exercised yet, but will start as soon as I have more calories.still about 800-850 daily.
