surgery date set!!!

hey guys and gals we are having our surgery's on 5/30/12!!!
however we didnt get a very good list of pre op diet and we are arguing about what we can eat (cheese ect.) does anyone have a list of pre op diet that we can go by? thanks for your help...we are off to our last dinner before the diet starts! thanks for your help!!
