    Hi Brandi,
    I apologize, I did not see this message until now! My experience with Dr Valenzuela was awesome (and I'm an RN in Canada...so my expectations were high). She had the surgery herself, at the same clinic in 2016. Additionally, the clinic she works out of has an ICU, which was important to me.
    Occasionally, there is a language barrier with the nurses, however they were great at using goggle translate or having an English person write down what they're trying to say.
    The whole team (doctor, internist, anesthesist, and recovery doctor) were very friendly, and I met them all before hand. Can't say enough about them!
