Merry Christmas to you also! Yes ma’am I will keep you updated! I have lost about 4 pounds in the last week. I’m trying this new supplement. I want to take it for another week and see if it keeps going. I’ll let you know if it does and if your weight-loss has slowed, then you can get some and try it. Congratulations on your weight-loss honey, keep up the good work!
  6. Wow congrats on all the weight loss! You and I almost have the same sleeve date. Mine was January 10th 2017, so yours was a week before mine. I’ve got 111 off and I want to loose another 40, so hopefully I’ll reach my goal next year. Keep me updated and Merry Christmas!

So far I have lost 165lbs over a span of 7 months...now I am in maintenance mode. As far as the health changes I no longer take blood pressure medications when previously I was taking 3 per day. Also I no longer have sleep apnea and don’t use my CPAP machine. This has been the greatest thing for my health and highly recommend the procedure to anyone with health problems. Congratulations on the weight loss and good luck to your husband on his journey!!
