You look great just 2 months out!
  3. Hey Simplyseahorse,

Surgery went great! I didn’t have much pain but keep in mind that everyone feels/reacts differently. I must say there were a few things that helped calm my nerves before surgery. Firstly- this website helped A Lot! I feel as if I have been a part of many people’s journery and opening up about it really helps! Another major thing that helped me was watching people’s before and after stories on YouTube sharing there experiences. Finally the last thing that really helped calm my nerves was watching the actual surgery from start to finish online. Sounds crazy right!!?? But it was extremely calming and surprisingly cool! If you have any questions or need any advice feel free to message me at any time! Wishing you the best of luck with your surgery and am congradulating you for the start of your amazing journey.

    All the best,

Grateful! Fortunate! Healthy!

by Mikecab4 on 05-28-2018 at 12:56 PM
A little over 7 months ago I weighed 290 pounds. Today I weigh 193, which is more or less optimal for my 6-foot frame. Losing 97 pounds has been maybe the best thing that's ever happened to me. I feel better physically, and I have newfound confidence in my ability to accomplish my goals.

For as long as I can remember I've been on/off countless different weight loss programs where I'd lose the weight and gain back double. I'm really fortunate to have had the surgery with Dr. Fielding

Hi All,

I have been following a program which allows me to eat small portions that can easily go down after the surgery in which we can fuel ourselves properly in a easier way so it can aid in the healing and success of the gastric sleeve surgery. Iíve learned to eat again (normally), I have a huge support system, and most importantly I am on track to living a healthier lifestyle. The program is consisted of eating 6 meals a day. (5 small portions from the company) and 1 meal in which
