Well, I hit the 5 month mark at 80 pounds down. I even got thru Thanksgiving week losing a few.. It's funny, bc the week before I didn't lose. Mom made my favorite pies SUGAR FREE. I'm so blessed to have such support. The baked sweet potato with butter and a sprinkle...i mean sprinkle of brown sugar got me pretty nauseous and a little pukey. I think it was the butter actually... I've had no butter at all since surgery and I very rarely had it before. Live and learn. Hope everyone is doing
