Wow you are really going through it at the moment. I have trouble with protien as i dont like milk or any of them shakes. Where abouts are you? sounds terrible, i am in the UK so never go through that. Keep your chin up your doing well x

I'm going along... getting protein down is an issue. The whey based powders/liquids are not working out even though they did before surgery (best laid plans...) so my dietician said to eat 2 oz of pureed and watered down mush egg beaters, chicken in cans, or fish a day. I can also have a snack if I want it but she said the protein is more important.. Stitches don't really hurt much at all anymore, just weak from a cold I caught in Hosp, food going right through me and from the storm. No power here 24 hrs now and the sound of chain saws on all sides is getting on my last nerve ...lol..
