Feel better and get lots of rest and do your sips it helps,even if it’s slow sips.
The most important thing I can give you is rest your body so it can heal. Go for a walk, but a short one
for now. You got this.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words and good wishes. Surgery went well although I did spend two nights in the hospital due to pain. But home today and recovering quite well. This week will be filled with lots of rest, walks and sips!!xxoo

Thank you. I'm actually struggling with eating right. I was sick last week and then the hurricane...all of it threw me off and I'm having trouble getting back on track. I'm still not eating much but I haven't been focusing on protein like I should. : (
