Hello Everyone,
Well today marks 10 days for me and I am kind of getting a little frustrated. I was loosing an average of a few pounds a day and this morning I didn't even loose a pound. Has this happened to anyone? But it was exciting because last night I went to the grocery store and for the first time I wasn't wanting to taste anything and I wasn't having hunger pains and honestly I didn't even feel a temptation to get a sweet.
