I have had a gastric sleeve.

Biography:

I had the lap band in 2006 & then had to have it removed in 2008 due to numerous complications. I only lost a total of 29 lbs with 15 lbs lost prior to the lap band surgery. I gained 64 lbs when the lap band was removed. I have been researching the sleeve for quite some time & this forum has been very informative & helped me greatly to reach my decision to have the sleeve. After reading many of the posts it is my hope that perhaps something I post will help someone else in their journey.
