Thank you for the words of encouragement. I am definitely ready to have my life back my dear- I've got a really slow motabolism and my weight is constantly jumping up and down. At my heaviest, I was 274 lbs but over the past few years it's been pretty steady between 224 lbs and 204 lbs. I don't really think that i'm eating too much however being a personal chef, I do have to be the taste tester. Lol

I see that you are scheduled to have surgery in December; I just wanted to say CONGRATULATIONS!!! I had my sleeve done in Mexico by Dr. Mario Almanza who you are scheduled to have it done with. It was a great experience. I was able to go and do it with my youngest daughter. We had it done May 23rd, almost 3 months ago. I have already lost 53 lbs and am feeling so much better! My daughter and I had completely different recoveries. She bounced right back; me, not so much, not until about the beginning of August did I finally start to feel like I was on the mend. So don't worry if you don't do just like someone else. It will all come together. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask. Wishing you the best!
