    Are you in Tj yet? Don't be anxious. it is different but quite effective and efficient. Just listen to everything they tell you and you'll be fine. The first few days are absolutely the roughest but it gets much better after that. Every day is a little better. Walk as much as you can. It really does help. And stay hydrated. Best of luck.
