Hi everyone! It has been 18 days since my surgery wish I did it July 5, 2017. I've been doing OK I have lost 20 pounds and plan to keep on the work. The only complaint I have is having a pain right side of my stomach. It feels like muscle pain. The stage that I'm eating now I mean going to star is the one you blend your food. I'm doing OK with it but I feel more comfortable in my stomach feel more comfortable with the Greek yogurt protein shake because my stomach feel like more comfortable. Anybody out there feel that pain on your right side of your stomach? Is this is normal? Anyway I just have to keep up with my journey wish I'm so happy about it But so I have happier than ever.
