Hi Tiff,I'm totally lost i'm on my diet no starch,no sugar i start all liquid's next week i know it will be hard but i have to do it be cause i need this weight off sooooo bad i know god has blessed me and is giving me another chance i can;t mess up i leave on the 3 flying to San Diego my hubby is coming i'm excited he's a bit scared.i just want to know how you feel and what are some good broths and protein drinks because after this week i'm full liquid I can't wait to start my new journey i hope you start to feel better chick so you can enjoy the new youi'll be praying for you did you try the soup????

Ok it's been a week, can I start my watering cream soup now?

I'm doing great, my only issue is I seam to be able to drink a ton, and cream soup I can eat 2 cups and not feel full. So I'm going to have to work at it a bit. You need to train your brain to forget about being hungery. I think your hunger is coming from your head? The first week is tough, clear liquids only, after three days I started runny shakes and cream soup. Try a bit of jello just make sure you mush it up in your mouth

Hi Tiffany, I had my surgery on 4/4 also. Glad to hear you are doing well. I am too. I feel great and weirdly am not hungry. I am finding that hard to believe at this point but I am very glad. I am down 13 pounds since the 3rd. Only issue at this point, I am not getting enough water in during the day. it is hard to drink when I already feel so full. Hope the next couple of weeks go good for you! Take care!

Thank you!! I am doing awesomely today, the hardest part is getting all the protein and liquids in but I'm trying. I am still quite bloated and thats the main problem. Oh and I'm hungry as hell! Other than that I am definitely satisfied!

It went great, I'm about to start the walking tonight. Trying to sip protein but it's a slow process.
