Thank you JMichelle. I do have some questions. I am worried about the pain... Do they give you liquid pain Meds after you leave? I also wonder if my husband can be with me after surgery? I just know this is going to be a very boring trip for him. How was your prep experience? I feel like I'm eating everything that I can get my hands on and I don't know why. Whew... Thats a lot, huh? I will be glad to be on the other side (Hugs)

Hi Gigi! Hope you are doing good. My daughter and I are doing ok. Have had a few hard days where it seemed I couldn't keep anything down and was feeling very VERY weak. As a nurse, I know that part is from the fact that I'm barely taking anything in. My daughter seems to be able to take in twice what I am able to. However I am determined to keep pushing through. My daughter is a vet tech and just went back to work this week. It has been very hard on her and she says she's felt close to passing out a few times. Hopefully this will pass soon.... have you had any of these things happen?

thank you Gigi, i already walk but on the weekends about 2and 1/2 miles on the weekend sat and sun i want to try and get some exercise during the week but its so hot outside ,i know im making excuses i need to just do it lol

I didn't take photos or measurements pre op and didn't start until way later my post op. Definitely wish I had, but I have plenty of photos to remind what diabetes and cholesterol and sleep apnea looked like on me.
