Hello to all,
I have had my meeting and I do not qualify for the gastric sleeve due to my acid reflux and autoimmune .
How ever I do meet the qualifications for Gastric Bypass its scary and I am scared to death. I don't find this site that helpful since not many people answer my questions that I have other than rehabnurse.
I would like to know a great deal, I have grandchildren, my husband is never home and I have no one to help lift laundry, so is it like back in the day when I got a c=section and just kicked everything to where I wanted it to go.. I live in an apartment but it has two floors I am not concerned about climbing the stairs I've done that in worsened conditions. I will have to go to the meetings and see if I can actually do this and tolerate what I need to do for the rest of my life.. this is a big deal to me... I hope I can get some happy thoughts and some well needed answers from people that have had this type of surgery.
