I had my surgery on 2/22, my weight loss is 66 lbs as of today. (304 to 238)! The first month after my surgery was horrible. I developed an abcess on my liver, causing fever and a bad white count from the infection. My surgeon advised that this some times happens after gastric surgery. I wasn't told before and all in all I had to have a drain put in and that lasted 1 month. It was painful and miserable. But all is well and Im eating pretty much anything, healthy that is and doing great.
