You don't want to have complications or stretch your new stomach. lots of walking will help you get rid of the gas, my doctor had me take malox twice a day to help gas and bloating. Good Luck. I am doing pretty good. Had a fever for a couple days but got that broken now its the bubble guts (gas) that is tormenting me. How are you doing since your surgery?
