Congratulations Ladies on making this life changing decision. Make sure to follow the post-op diet. You don't want to have complications or stretch your new stomach. lots of walking will help you get rid of the gas, my doctor had me take malox twice a day to help gas and bloating. Good Luck. If you have any questions id be happy to answer if i can.
  2. Sounds the same I did eat some plain yogurt which strangely I feel guilty for. Are u strict on clears?
