Aside from losing weight and being healthier, what are some of your other goals or accomplishments? Please share

The first thing that made me happy, and probably everyone else here as well, is being able to wear "normal sized" clothes LOL. I bought a few items from H&M which I never thought possible.

I had practiced yoga before but always needed to perform modified postures since my body mass prevented me from bending or reaching in certain ways.

Bikram Yoga

I will attend a Bikram Yoga class tomorrow morning. Hot yoga at 105 degrees and 40% humidity, 26 postures, 2 breathing exercises, all in 90 minutes and an awesome feeling of accomplishment when it's over.

Last time I lost weight (pre-surgery LOL), I really enjoyed yoga and it definitely helped build muscle and lose fat. Of course I abandoned it, stopped going to the gym, ate like sh*t again, and gained back 40 lbs...blah blah blah. Since surgery (266 lbs) I've been able to maximize

Exercise, food, weight loss

The first 5 weeks the weight was just coming off very easily. I started with 266 at surgery and at around 230 the weight took a couple of extra days to come off. A single pound can make all the difference in terms of motivation. At this point I had just been walking about a mile to a mile and a half per day. So I went to the gym and increased the distance to 3 miles; the weight started coming off again. I was also able to tolerate more protein shake and more soft food quantities. I've been sticking
