Thanks for the like! I have thyroid issues and am not losing weight at 1000 1200 calories a day. If I can lose 10 lbs. a month (or 8, 4, 5, whatever until I get to goal weight) I'll be happy. I can't imagine the numbers that others talk about and actually wouldn't want to lose more than 10 per month max b/c it's not good for your skin.

Depends on what you're feeding her. Madison gets homemade veggie soup and hamburger added to his diet kibble, followed by raw carrots & cauliflour for dessert. He used to weigh 15lbs and his tummy swept the floor; now he's a lean & mean 12lbs...In better shape at almost 10 years, than he was at 5!
