First day home Newbie question

Ok veterans -- first day home from sleeve. Totally understand my regime and destined to execute with perfection. But my belly is pregnant swollen and distended (for all the obvious reasons). Not gassy at all -- It's just huge and hard like I ate a satisfying plate full of bricks for dinner.

Question - I'm not sure with all my sips if I am drinking too much and that's why my belly is so hard, or if it's just the surgery. It doesn't hurt me to drink. With my belly so hard/full.
