have been 6 days after my surgery.. first day was awful a lot of pain but I don't tolerate pain very good. my surgery was outpatient and was done around 10:30am and I went home at 9pm, a registered nurse was part of the deal so he came to the house with us until 6am the next day. he gave me some pain medications thru the IV, the pain medication they prescribed was liquid (of course) and tasted so bad that I didn't take anything for pain after the second day.. have been a progress day by day but not sure if everyone had any back problems my worst pain was in my back. went to see the doctor on day 4th and I already lost 11 pounds as of today I lost 15.. he found that the tape they used to cover the cuts gave me a reaction and created some blisters (like when you get burn). so those are more painful right now and I have to clean and put some medication 3 times a day.. my other problem is the protein that tasted so bad and I can't take it anymore.. any suggestions on that? but for the rest everything is moving forward and getting better every day, started walking yesterday and plan to start an exercise plan tomorrow, my next appointment is Monday with my primary DR and then Tuesday with the nutritionist to introduce more food.. thank you everyone for your prayers and good messages.
