    Where did you have your surgery? and what was your post op diet? Im surprised it wasnt the protein shakes as thats what i notice everyone else having.

    WOOOAH... 3 days until my surgery! Am excited and looking forward to getting this behind me, as well as scared. I have now lost 24 lbs ( 11.5 kg) on this dreadful liquid diet, but I already feel lighter ( well I am ) and have more energy. Feel positive and strong and hope it will all go smooth and fairly easy... any recommendations on what to pack? what to buy for afterwards? I am buying liquids like broth, juice, yogurt drinks... but am feeling uninspired. Have stocked up on books,DVDs and some work stuff. How long did you all have to rest? All the best A
