Today was my first protien shake since surgery on the 7th. It was pretty sweet shame they don't make a steak flavored shake lol

Sorry everyone yes I'm doing fine since surgery although I'm starting to feel some hunger pangs of wanting real food. 3 more days and I'll be able to have my first protien shake that might make it a little Balance. My biggest thing right now is that I'm chilly and I am so tired.
