I went back to work yesterday, and I am feeling pretty good. Eating and drinking is a struggle for me, but otherwise I am up and about the whole time, at pretty much the same level of activity as prior to surgery. I already saw in the hospital that I was more active and eager to recover than most of the others in my unit.
