Thanks so much for your input. I definitely feel I get my share of protein from real food, the extra protein drinks (which are pure egg whites) are just supplements to keep my protein ratio high. Also, I am kind of afraid to cut back, because that will lower my calorie intake. And drinking it is so much easier right now, than trying to stuff another 360 calories down my sleeve. It's such a mystery sometimes!
