Biography:

I am currently going through all of my pre appointments and consults to have my gastric sleeve later this year. Insurance requires 6 appointments and I have had 2 so far. I am a 44 year old African American woman who has struggled with her weight since giving birth in 1993, I have reached my largest weight of 263 this year and really want off this ride. I know how to lose weight but I never lose more than 50lbs and become very discouraged and someone comes along and comforts me and tells me I am perfect the way I am....well you know the rest.
