Do Carbonated Flavored Water and Low calorie Energy drinks reduce or stop weight loss?

I drink zero calorie carbonated flavored drinks and sometimes low calorie energy drinks to help me get my daily water intake and to reduce hunger (i.e., Clear American Zero Calorie sold at WalMart and 40 calorie Bing Cherry Energy Drink 40 calories by Petey's). Are these drinks allowed? Do these drinks slow down or reduce weight loss. I was sleeved on October 1, 2011 so I have no dietary restrictions. Thanks for any input or suggestions you can offer. Much success to all of you as you continue
