i am home and feeling great back to work already it was great to see my fellow sleevers in mexico dr almanza is great and his staff was wonderful lots to say but it late and i am tired

I am still taking my vitamins, but hav stopped the fish oil and asprin. I am getting really quiet, just passi g the days until my new life really begins this Wednesday. We are in PA, the Philly area. The weather has been great for the last week or so. Got some rain today, but it we still nice. Chris

Evening Jellybean, we have 5 more days to go before the big day. I figure are in the same place I am, just counting the days and enjoying the daylights out of my liquid diet. Been using Torani sugar free syrups to enhance the flavor of the shakes.

Are you as excited as I am? I have been glued to this site for weeks now and am already changing my eating habits. I have given away all of my pasta, rice and mozt other carbs. Since I still have 4 weeks till surgery, I indulge in making a few memories, like a slice of pizza, or 2, and an occasional candy bar. For the most part, these goodies will be off the menu in 3 weeks, so I am enjoying them for now. I have actually weaned myself off of fast food restaurants already. What have you been up to?

That is so exciting that we are going to be there the same time!!!!! I am over the top with anticipation.

I would do it again in a heartbeat!!! Dr Almanza and the staff are awesome. You are set up with a coordinator who will answer every single question you have and goes above and beyond the call of duty to keep you informed every step of the way. Dr Almanza homelf, and most of the staff have had the sleeve so they know exactly what you're going through and what to do about it.

Do you have anything specific you're curious about?
I took my husband and they treated us like family the whole time we were there.
