Hey Tomesha. I weighed myself today! I'm in total shock. I lost 14lbs since last Thursday! WOW!!! That in one week. I was 191 now I'm 177. I'm sure it's because of this liquid diet. How's everything going for you?

Yes I made it home yesterday around 7. I feel much better. I'm not throwing up and I was able to get a good amount of Apple juice in.

Saw you had surgery a few days ago. Hope everything is going well for you. Keep us posted. I am going May 16th. How was your experience with Dr Velasquez? I have him also.
