    Hi Susan. I seem to be at a standstill with my weight loss. My fault. Life got heavy and I left the gym. I can tell you that I dropped 10 dress sizes. I went from a size 32 to 22. I had minimal hair loss. Nothing noticeable. I had thick hair already and I take Biotin daily.
