Pam, I could not see the picture you posted from MFP. What was it?

Lol! I know the magniseum capsules are big too. Haven't exchanged them for liquid yet.

These enzymes you can open capsule and add to cup of water according to dosage description.

Did you say you at some point that you do or did take proteolytic enzymes? I found this blend that assists with protein, lipids and carbohydrates breakdown. I just thought I'd share since you love your honey lol! I am taking their Protease blend.

I've felt that before. When it hits, I drink some water and get up and do something.
  5. Thanks Shirly-poo!

I'm just so lazy, too, that fixing a teeny bite of food every hour is a hassle....but I'm trying! Really, I'm trying!

I just wanted to encourage you to keep up the great work, maybe being on schedule isn't for all of us, maybe some of us have to or need to have tiny meals every hour in order to meet our nutritional requirements. I know a few weeks ago I felt the same way, one tablespoon of anything and I was done (except chocolate pudding damn tummy should wasn't complaining when I had pudding!) my point being that it's a phase you (we) might be going through. Which is good news because you know there is an end to it, I often think of what Kindle says about lifetime of maintenance... It's difficult, it takes discipline and it's boring.

    Thinking of you!

    Hugs!

Pam. I read your post about the hibeegeebers. Yesterday was the first time I ate without feeling overly nauseous and gag reflex when I ate. I ate about a cup of hearty oats (oatmeal, quinoa and chia seeds) I added half of a peeled and diced peach and half of the Vanilla Premier Protein shake, the other half I added to my hot coffee. I ate it slowly within maybe half hour. Except for the coffee which I drank throughout a couple of hours. And I noticed at lunch a slice of turkey meat and cheese took me longer, and chewing too long just creates more of that nauseousness. I think it's mental for me, but knowing masticating my food is imperative I do it reluctantly. I often think of the horrors I must of put my old tummy through, chewing once or twice and swallowing and let it do all that hard work?! Good grief!!!

I think it's phases and adjustments our tastebuds and tummies are going through. Who knows what other metabolic changes are happening or will happen.

Thinking of you please go to the doctor so you can be checked out
  9. Thanks, everyone, the little chunkies have gone away. I'm thinking it was because I was so dry...nosebleeds too...like when we go to Colorado. Here in Houston it's always humid, so even the slightest change in humidity wreaks havoc on my mucous membranes.

Took a shower today, so that felt great. Still a little dizzy, though, since I pretty much haven't had any calories since he 26th.

I wasn't going to weight myself, but I did, and I'm under 250 for the first time in forever. I'm sure once I start getting calories and protein, that'll slow or even come back, but WOW what a great day!

Hi Pam, please get the blood & coughing checked ASAP, best to er on the side of caution especially after surgery of any kind, keep us posted x

Pam the way you posted about coughing nobody can reply too. With that said I would DEFINITELY call the Dr. about that. I have never heard of anyone coughing up little chunks of blood. It could be absolutely nothing but you need to find out just in case. I hope it goes away and you feel better every hour every day and you will I promise. Good Luck and let me know what they say ok.

Survived vacay!

by Pam G on 08-02-2017 at 03:15 PM
I never thought I would utter these words....not in a million years, but....

IT FEELS GREAT TO NOT BE EATING SO MUCH! Hahaha!

Got home from back to back family trips yesterday, and I thought for sure I'd gained at least 5 lbs. Turns out it was just shy of 5, so I took a diuretuc, a nap, and woke up 2 lbs lighter! Heehee!

But the weirdest thing is that It feels wonderful to not have to constantly think about and eat food now that I'm home. I've always

for some reason, the site won't let me answer your question to me, so here's my answer:

I learned about Keto by just googling and being on one of the keto fb pages. there's guy that is a keto guru, Ben McDonald, that does very informative podcasts, here's the first one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dX4r6fHy1bc

there's a couple of women on here that do the LCHF lifestyle, too.

It means no fruits/nuts or carbs of any kind....even the good ones (at least for
