Frightening

Hello everyone,
I am new to our family. I'm frightened. I'm having my surgery on Wednesday, and I'm worried,scared,frightened, and excited at the same time. I have been watching what I eat and no caffeine. I start my clear liquid diet on Monday. I have to admit at times I question whether or not I'm doing what is right for my body. Is this normal?
I am real good at giving advice to offer people, but sometims I wish I could follow Mr own advice.
