Going for my first visit with the Dietician today. I feel like I know everything she is going to tell me already...hopefully there will be something that sparks an interest or motivates me into doing something to change my situation. I still haven't decided on whether or not to have the surgery. It all scares me...the liquid diet, the soft foods after ( I have a texture problem and gag on smooth, soft foods). Wish me well!
