Well it has been almost 6 months and I have lost 80 lbs, happy! feel lots better can do lot more and my body doesn't hurt. It is still hard to remember you can't eat as much, your brain says you can eat the plate full, like before....not. sometimes it comes back to bit me Drinking fluids are still a little hard. I made some sun tea, I drink lots of that at least it has some flavour. My goal is another 76 lbs. it will take some time I know but that is the idea. I wish my hair loss would stop soon,

Its been 12 weeks since my surgery, I have trouble keeping meat down, and seems to be burping lots, it would be helpful to know what others are eating to loose weight.
I can start eating raw veggies soon I hope, not sure when I can do that.

I had my gastric sleeve done dec 4, 2015 to date I gave lost 54 lbs I find breaky easy, lunch not bad if I have soup, dinner not so much, I find I have a problem eating to fast I guess foam, foam and up it comes, meat is hard to keep down even when I chew the crap out of it, trying to eat veggies is hard to get included, I miss fresh veggies so bad I can't wait until I can start trying those hopefully I can keep those down.
