Hello I typed in stanford and your profile was one that came up. I am scheduled for surgery in August at Stanford and Dr. Morton will be doing my surgery. I was curious to know how was your experience? It seems as if you got your surgery a few years ago. How are things now for you? Thanks in advance for sharing

donating some more clothes that are too big for me today. my closet is getting emptier. it's a great feeling !

So how's the food eating going? I have trouble eating some days, get really full quickly and it feels like the food is sticking right under my ribcage. I have had some days when the heartburn or nuseau isn't very pleasant either, however ; I got up Sat. and felt fine! Being Italian, I didn't say anything to anyone including my husband for fear of jinxing it..lol... good luck and keep us posted!

ok, it's been 14 days since my surgery , and i am almost down 30 pounds . i hope things keep going this well for a while.looking forward to eating some soft food this upcoming week.

hi everybody, things are going very well.it's been a week and a couple of day since the sleeve and i feel great.down to 300 , only a hundred or so more to go. i am having no problem adjusting to not eating ,i keep seeing food commercials on t.v. ,,,, but none of them really spark my appetite.i went for a nice breezy walk today. feels good !

Hope all went well and you're feeling better. I was nervous thinking about the surgery right before, which I had on the same day as you, but once I got to the hospital; all went well. Let us know how it's going.
