    Woo hoo the Bahamas! I'm officially jealous! I was actually thinking about doing the 5 day pouch test to sort of reset myself. What do you think? So far I've only exercised a couple of days. I swear every time I want to do it, something happens. Like today my son woke up at 7am so I couldn't exercise before he was awake and then the little stinker only napped for a hour instead of 3. I was busy doing laundry and dishes so I didn't get a chance to exercise. If I want to make my 2x a week goal, I'll have to workout the next 2 days...
    I just finished with this semester of school so I definitely have a lot of time on my hands before my nursing school starts at the end of June.

    Hey girl sorry it's taken me a few days to respond. I've just been busy busy I'm sorry to hear about your health problems! I haven't been to a doctor since about a year ago and haven't gotten a new one here in Denver yet. I tried, but ended up canceling my first appointment due to not having transportation. What a bummer! I've only exercised twice, but I have lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks lol. Woo hoo! I think! :P This week I'll dedicate more of my time to making better food choices and doing my exercise videos. I just don't see myself doing them everyday. I've been waiting and waiting to get to 200 pounds for the past couple of months, but my weight loss is crawling compared to before. Ugh.

    I'm SO sorry you're struggling! I've been stuck between 227 and 230 for at least a few weeks now, but I keep craving sweets thanks to Mother Nature lol. I did exercise again on Tuesday and want to do it again tomorrow. I'm sure it's only slightly helping me, because it should be more often. As long as I can get it in a couple of times this week and maybe next week too, I'll feel ready to start exercising a few times a week hopefully you get through this rut! How many calories are you eating? I was eating about 600-700 a day at your stage. Now at 7 months out I eat about 700 or so a day. But getting a carb in once a day is still pretty important to me

    Oh no! Have you spoken with your nutritionist? Maybe they have some great advise for you. I frrl like we need a small amount of carbs in our daily diet, but only a few bites. It sounds like you're in a stall. Have you been taking your body's measurements? You might be losing inches - which is always exciting!

    I hear ya girl. I'm only 28 years old so even though I've lost 128 pounds, my skin isn't at all saggy. My upper arms are still pretty big though. I've only lost 2 or 3 inches in the last year! So those I absolutely have to start lifting weights for. I think 20g of carbs is a good goal! I'm always busy with college during the week and work on the weekends - plus the mom of a busy 2 year old boy so I'm mentally tired usually lol. Let's make a doable goal of working out 2 times a week and see how we feel after a couple of weeks. What do you think?

    Awww you might be losing inches vs pounds I still eat a small amount of carbs every day, because without it, I actually fainted! :O

    Omg, that used to happen to me too. Lol. That finally stopped. Can't remember the last time I had hiccups. This is an awesome journey. Still have some struggles, but trying to learn as I go.

    Aww, thanks for thinking of me. I think I'm eating too fast. Still haven't been able to slow down You would think as I'm approaching my 1 year anniversary, I would have learned to eat slower, but nope.

    Aww I hear ya girl. I struggled with my hunger before my surgery and by the time I had it, I was eating about half of what I did before the 6 months with my nutritionist. Maybe that's what has helped me afterwards? I get hungry when at work, but it's like a background feeling and I make myself drink more water since that's what I struggle with. It might get better for you once you're at a smaller weight. I was so darn hungry at 355 lbs. When I got hungry, I swear I'd feel nauseous for being so hungry. Now it's no big deal. I tell myself probably once or twice a day, "The food isn't going anywhere, if you're hungry later you can finish _____ then." Like tonight I had some chicken leftover and my toddler didn't want it so I'll use it in a omelette tomorrow morning with cheese to split with my baby boy
