I am 3-1/2 weeks post-op and my weight loss has been a little weird. The first week I lost nothing (but that might have been from all the fluids they IV'd me with post surgery) and then I dropped 14 lbs, then stayed at the same weight for four days, lost another two pounds, have been there for three days. I'm following the food guidelines (for the most part, there's some stuff on there I just can't eat) and have only had an average of 500 calories a day. Is this normal? I didn't think I'd plateau
