    Well it is week 3 for me and I have lost 13 lbs. and lots of inches. I feel better and my incisions have really healed up nicely. I have to be SO careful not to over eat or eat too fast. I haven't decided which one I am doing that causes the most problems but when I do, I either spit up foam or throw up the food. So, I have reduced the size of the container I eat from and reduced the size of a spoon/fork I eat from.

    I am doing good Stephieniak! My traveling companion went with me and I really needed him on the way home as I got tired and needed help pulling my bag. This is day 6 post op and I am beginning to get really hungry for more solid foods! 1 more day! The stitches are itchy. I have lost 5 lbs.

    Well, I have just gotten word that my traveling companion may not be able to come with me....any helpful hints on traveling alone would be great.
