God is not through with me yet!!!! My journey started March 2015 when I attended an informative seminar. My insurance (and/or program requirements) required me to meet monthly with a dietician for 6months and be seen for psych and physical therapy consults. I was also required to have blood work collected, receive a medical clearance form from my primary physician, and attend a support group class. After completing all of the above I finally met with my surgeon. The Dr.'s office then submitted
