Why am I eating sweets like they are going out of style. I am craving graham crackers. What in the world.I will take a diet pill if I have to because I refuse to eat these crackers. I feel like I have held back from eating so many things that I ate 3 whole cookies and you know how big they are. I couldn't eat breakfast stomach wasn't feeling good. Did have the eggs for lunch and a half of baked chicken leg for dinner. Then went cookie HAPPY. What is up with that.

Hi, today and I weigh 236, I was happy about that but, I thought you loose a lb a day. Im loosing like 10 a month better than before I had the surgery. I am also on alot of medicine which makes you gain weight I just stopped my steroid shots by iv. My God I think that had a lot to do with it so, I am hoping that I loose more. I have been doing zumba and walking. Should I be loosing more???? I go to the doctor the 22nd. I havent been to the doctor since Aug, and weighed 255 then. I want it to fall off my toning is going good.

Hi... I'm Sherrie, and I have not been sleeved yet. Some of the things I read here scare me a little. Who would have thought you'd get sharp pains from drinking fluids? I'm sure once you get over this hurdle you will see that it was all worth it (smile)... I'm kinda looking forward to being where you are right now lol... Have a good!

I am 46 years old with two girls, I have fibromyalsia,polymyositis,chronic fatigue syndrome,and thorasic outlet syndrome.I have been on a diet roller coaster all my life.This is the heaviest I have ever been. I have to take steroids thru iv once a month.My feet swell and I am bloated.I was FAT AND MISERABLE.

Had my surgery the 22nd. I feel great every now and then I get short pains in my stomach after swallowing liquids. I have another week to go on liquids if anyone have any ideas of getting liquids in please help I am ready for soft food but they said it takes two weeks for that.I have been walking everyday I don't know how much Ive lost but my clothes are baggy.. I go to the doctor tomorrow.
