  1. Today I'm 6 lbs from my goal of 300 lbs before my 40th b day I hope I can do it but I know I've made it to an incredible feat already but I'm not satisfied.

Hi there! Sorry for the late reply! My surgery went well and I was able to go back to work after about 2.5 weeks. I was tired and my stomach was sore though. So far my journey has been a great experience! How about you?

Hi Tracharity, sorry I missed your messages. Honestly, the only way I get vegetables and fiber daily is through vitamins. Occasionally I will eat a spinach salad, or have some veggies with dinner. But I think that is maybe once a week. Fiber? I am ALWAYS low on Cal. Counter. I can't seem to get that up. I think as long as you eat 4 meals a day and stick to drinking water nonstop the rest of the time you should be good. It's like a never ending battle of trying to get all the right stuff in and not the wrong stuff- HAHA!

As far as my journey, I would give my happiness with it an A, my health a B, my energy a B, and if I would do it again? A+. It's not been perfect, but I am happy with it. The hardest part is sticking with the good routine.

No, sadly I only work out 1-2 days a week now. I went from 145 to 150 because of this. I feel I am slacking majorly in the physical fitness department right now. I used to exercise way more (before I had surgery). But life is so busy I push it back. If I did workout 4-5 days a week I would be at my goal.

Overall journey A-; workout average 1 day a week (bad, bad, bad- but got diagnosed with depression after 3 heart attacks); food about 1200 cal when I eat healthy and 1450 when I have a sugar day ; water about about 40 oz. plus 12-16 oz Gatorade.

Hope this helps. Let me know of anything else I can do to help .

Hey Tracharity, I completely understand your worry about incorporating the three things. Honestly, if I eat all that they suggest I gain a few pounds and get dehydrated BAD. Although everyone is very different, I use vitamins to help me stay up on almost everything except protein. For dehydration I have actually found a gummy that helps: Sundown Naturals Essential Electrolytes. I eat 3 when I first wake up and drink 1/4-1/2 a bottle of water. Then after about 20 minutes I make and eat breakfast. The gummies help hydrate me so I don't feel like I need to drink right after a meal--I'm not dehydrated. This has saved me from eating and drinking at the same time. Without this routine my biggest struggle is grazing instead of eating- eeekkkk! Make sure not to do this, it causes more guilt and then weight gain.
