Hi! Unjury is unflavored if you use more the 8oz. this is what I can stomach and enjoy.
20 Oz of milk (make sure you can tolerate milk)
1.5-2 packets of choc flav carnation instant breakfast.
    1 packet of unjury unflavored
    20oz of milk = 20g protein
    2 packs of carnation = 5g
    1 pack unjury = 22g
totaling 47g I sip this throughout the day.
I like eating 2 slices of cheese - 7g each
    Greek yogurt (half 2x a day) 12g
That right there is 66 grams
since you can't eat much eat protein above anything else. If it doesnt have a good amt Of protien, don't eat it.

when I was where your at I was struggling big time with getting the 64oz fluids in. I didn't have to get the 70g of protien until 4 weeks out, I was told to get in what I can. It's important for energy, so we do what we can.
I'm in my 6th month, 95 pounds down. I still struggle with the water, I usually make the protien goal. I still can't eat much at all. No more then 3oz A meal. Soup I can do a cup over an hour.
Your tummy is still swollen, it does get easier and you won't feel horrible after each sip. I find for me cold is best. If it's not cold it's not good.
.they say some people become lactose intolerant After being sleeved. I slowly tried a little milk.
also constipation is usually an Issue in the begining. I got back to normal at 5 months. I take all gummy vitamins, 2 multi vitamins, 2 B12, 2 D3, 2 fiber and 1 biotin.
It's hard to get that all in, but it'll happen.

Rough Start of a Fluke

by Chiefgracie23 on 06-20-2015 at 10:33 PM
So I seem to be a fluke. I made it through the 89 days of hoops, got approved, and sleeved, and I am having the toughest, most disheartening time! I wanted to be one of the excited posters that has only glowing things to say - but I just can't - and that's where I need your help.

I was sleeved on June 11, 2015 and spent 4 days in the hospital. The first night was awful as I spent every conscious moment throwing up or recovering from throwing up - thank you intolerance to Zofran.
