I'm down 38lbs as of yesterday. The energy comes and goes. If I get a good night's rest then I am pretty good for the entire day, but my work days are the worst.
At this point I want to eat SO bad. Everything pretty much disagrees with me. I had to go back to an almost liquid diet. I wasn't expecting that. The dehydration and the lack of protein does much more than I ever imagined. I

Yes, GW, I find I crave fruit, and I find that I am able to eat more than just a couple bites before I'm full…especially watermelon. I make sure that what I eat has 4g or more of protein in it. I don't even look at calories really….just protein and sugar. I have even downloaded an app on my phone so that I am able to track what I am eating. I just don't want to do anything to hurt my new stomach and cause me not to be successful. I have failed so many times before this and was looking forward to this working. I was an emotional eater and would eat when I was bored. I'm just really scared of messing this up!

No pool. I'm sure I will survive. Only two more days. Looking forward to meeting you.

I hope they have a pool. Lol. Our flight arrives at 825am so it's bsure to be a long day. I planned it that way so that I would be exhausted by bedtime and wouldn't have time to second guess myself.
I've been scheduled since March I believe.

I just joined today... I was previously lap banded but it slipped after 4 years and Kaiser (my insurance) wouldn't fix it as I had the surgery in Mexico back in 2005. So, since it was removed in 2009 I've gained weight.. about 10 lbs a year. So, I'm at 209lbs and its time to take care of it.

I'm bringing my sister otherwise I'd bunk up with you.. I'm gay, so no need to worry! :-)

I'm still getting used to this site. Where are you from? How old are ya? I'll be 35 in one month and two days!! Mid life crisis time.. hehe.. j/k.
