    I started this journey with one major goal and that is to use this tool to help combat Diabetes, and show my family there are other options other than the traditional methods, which has not moved the proverbial ball one step closer to our goal. Any weight loss is an added bonus as far as I am concerned. I'm not sure I am going to miss being 200 sump sump! But my health come first. Thanks for letting me share.
