    I am 9 days and struggling with protein too. The Isopure isn''t bad. 4 ozs gives you 8 grams. The apple melon is my favorite flavor. The Nutrition Depot in Cypress, TX will let you mix flavors if you buy a case. If you haven't tried it buy just one bottle.

    I tried the carnation sugar free breakfast in a smoothie and it was awful. Don't waste your money.

    I am 8 days out and deep down inside I know I am not meeting my daily protein intake. Mainly because I just don't like my supplement. Anyone have ideas on great tasting protein drinks. In desperate need.
